Gråbogården sleeps 40 persons in seven bedrooms with bunk beds in two buildings. The glamping dome has a king size bed for two persons. • One-time cleaning fee per booking of 4 000 SEK

• Pillows, blankets, sheets, bed linens and towels for each guest (not included for Day Conferences)

• Bathroom facilities have toilet paper, paper towels, showergel, soap dispensers and hand sanitizers.

• Kitchen has dishwashing liquid and paper towels.

• Free use of all amenities, including charcoal grills, canoes, kayaks, life jackets and SUPs.

One-time cleaning fee 4000 SEK is added to every booking. We cannot remove the cleaning fee as we need our trained staff to clean to meet our quality standard. The cleaning fee is included in the conference packages.

The large event and conference room at Gråbogården can accommodate 42 people, but with extra folding chairs a maximum of 56 people.

At Gråbogården, we offer multiple payment options to make your booking process convenient. You can pay using credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Klarna or Swish. For companies that would like a faktura, we just need the organization number. Choose the method that suits you best and secure your reservation hassle-free.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Gråbogråden.

• Cancellations made 180 days before arrival date receive 100% refund*

• Cancellations made less than 180 days, but more than 30 days before arrival date receive 75% refund* if full payment has been made..

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date, receive no refund.

The glamping dome can only be rented as part of a booking of Gråbogården. All amenities such as bathrooms and kitchen are shared.

Yes. It's possible to book Gråbogården just for the day as part of a Day Conference package. Weekends are only bookable with overnight accomodation.

At Gråbogården, check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. We strive to accommodate our guests' schedules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. If you have specific timing requirements, you have the possibility to pay an additional fee, but it must agreed up on prior to your arrival to Gråbogården. Please contact us to inquire.

If you are booking a conference package, then the arrival time and departure time depends on choice of package. Please contact us to inquire about conferences.

At Gråbogården, we offer complimentary access to canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) for our guests to enjoy the lake. There are life jackets of various sizes in the lakefront building. Please pull the canoes, kayaks, SUPs and paddles up on land after usage and hang the life jackets back on the hangers to dry inside the building.

Guests are welcome to set up party tents at designated areas within Gråbogården for special events and celebrations. Create a festive atmosphere with a party tent and enjoy your gatherings in style. Please let us know ahead of time for best locations and guidelines.

The music system is available and guests can play music late in the evening.

However, we kindly ask that music be played at a moderate volume and in consideration of others so turn down the volume after 22:00.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available for all guests at Gråbogården. Stay connected during your stay and enjoy seamless internet access throughout our premises. Information on password is provided inside the building and will be given upon check-in.

Gråbogården is a smoke-free environment to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Smoking can only take place at designated area outdoor. Please use trash cans and ashtrays for cigarettes, snus and chewing gum. Littering is NOT allowed outdoors and surrounding nature. In the event of a violation, we have the right to charge the cost of washing textiles and extra cleaning for 2500 SEK.

We understand that pets are part of the family, so due to allergies we cannot permit pets inside of the buildings.
