The event and conference room in main building has tables and chairs to accommodate 42 guests. There are two couch areas. The outdoor terrace has tables and chairs to accommodate 24 guests. The lounge room in the lakefront building has two couch areas and chairs. The two main buildings have room for 40 overnight quests. The glamping dome accommodates 2 overnight guests.

Guests one-time cleaning fee of 3 500 SEK (including tax) for every booking. The cleaning fee applies to all bookings for any lengths of stay. Ir cannot be removed as cleaning is performed by or trained staff. Guests are expected to leave all premises and rooms in the same condition as they were on arrival. Before departure, please be sure to do the following:  Dishes must be clean and put away in cabinets Food removed from kitchen surfaces, refrigerators, freezer and pantry Kitchen trash removed and put in the garbage cans outside in parking lot.   Leave towels on the floors in the bedrooms or in the bathrooms if wet. Do not remove sheets or bed linens from the beds.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Gråbogråden. Cancellations made 180 days before arrival date receive 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 180 days, but more than 30 days before arrival date receive 75% refund if full payment has been made. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date, receive no refund.

Check in time is at 15:00 and check out time is at 11:00. If you are looking for an earlier checkin and checkout, you have the possibility to pay an additional fee, but it must agreed up on prior to your arrival to Gråbogården. Please contact us to inquire. If you are booking a business package, then the arrival time and departure time is flexible.

Smoking is not allowed inside of any building at Gråbogården. Smoking can only take place at designated area outdoor. Please use trash cans and ashtrays for cigarettes, snus and chewing gum. Littering is NOT allowed outdoors and surrounding nature. In the event of a violation, we have the right to charge the cost of washing textiles and extra cleaning for 2500 SEK.

Yes, the canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards are available for guests at Gråbogården for free. There are life jackets of various sizes in the lakefront building. Please pull the canoes, kayaks, SUPs and paddles up on land after usage and hang the life jackets back on the hangers to dry inside the building.

Pets are not allowed inside of any building at Gråbogården due to allergies. In the event of a violation, we have the right to charge the cost of washing textiles, etc for 2500 SEK.

The music stereo system and microphone is available and guests can play music late in the evening. However, please be mindful, respect the nature and neighbors so turn down the volume after 22:00 outdoors. Inside the buildings, you are free to play loud music.

Yes, Gråbogården has free WiFi for guests available in both buildings. Information on password is provided in the guest binder in the main building.

Yes, there is plenty of outdoor areas where you can set up a party tent. Just let us know ahead of time for planning purposes.

The glamping dome can only be rented as part of a booking of Gråbogården. All amenities such as bathrooms and kitchen are shared.

Yes, there is parking for approximately 20 cars. Unfortunately we don't have charging stations for electric cars yet.

Yes, there is a two night requirement per booking. Businesses can choose a conference package with a two day conference and one night stay on Mondays - Thursdays. Please read price page for more information.
